- Choose the best looking plant to collect seeds.
- Make sure the plant is mature, big and juicy and soft.
- Slice the courgette down the length of the courgette plant.
- Pick out the seeds and drop into a cup of water.
- Dry the seeds on a kitchen towel.
- Leave out and leave to air for 2 weeks in dry cool room.
- Then store in paper envelope, date and label.
